Yeah gas is cheap around here now.

I've been burning thru tanks of 93 lately!

A few weeks ago 93 was $1.89 Last night $2.49. As soon as the auto plants opened all grades of gas went up about 50 cents a gallon.

I saw $2.30-ish for 91 (the highest) out here a while back. Now it’s at $2.60-ish.

93 octane was $2.71 today at one place $2.89 at another...both had regular 87 for $2.04. Why such a huge difference from 87 to 93. It never used to be 85 cents a gallon difference between the two but that's what I've been seeing at local stations.

87 is $2.35 here. I filled the bike up yesterday with 91(or 93 whatever premium is) and it was $2.75.

In Upstate N.Y. 93 Octane is running around $2.55 - $2.65. Ethanol free 92 octane runs about 20 cents higher. Regular is running about $2.15.
New York State has a 46.7 cent a gallon gas tax, so i don't see the price getting any cheaper in my neck of the woods.

I havent been out for a few days but high test has been right around $2.00, reg's low was $1.70 As soon as the state started relaxing the stay at home it jumped overnight .10c, then just before Memorial day weekend it went up another .10c. Now were getting close to where it was before. PA has a much higher fuel tax than MD, I can go 3 miles north and pay .20c more per gallon! One of the reason there are so many PA tags in our town at the pumps, and also the liquor stores!

The lowest I bought here was 1.459 early in the week before Memorial Day. It's jumped by at least 40 cents in most places. Greed strikes again.

BJs near me was at a low of all at 1.439 at the same time, and now is at 1.569. And I expect that to go up. So around here BJs was our lowest price for E10 87 octane and remains the lowest so far.

I can buy C9/96 octane from VP Fuels at $10.00 a gallon from my local mom/pop parts store I hang out at. I use that for my chain saw, lawn mower, and 4 cycle weed trimmer only. Well.... once in a while I'll splurge and throw 5 gallons into the GTOs tank to let it remember the days of no ethanol. It loves it. Even mixed with the gas station crap, as it's a low compression engine, it still runs great.

We held at $1.30 for 87 / $1.90 for 93
all through the pandemic

May 22 phase 1 relax - it jumped 30 cents overnight
1 day later another 15 cents
2 days later another 10 cents

Holding at $1.85 on 87 / $2.45 on 93 .... for now

They couldn't give oil away. So now they're raising gas prices daily. Isn't that called price gouging?
