This is a highly optioned California plate 428ci wagon with rally wheels. I have the PHS build sheet. It has the following: New Shocks New Headliner Rare NOS nose (to be installed) NOS bottom valence (to be installed) Diehard AGM Battery Completely rebuilt original flip dial Stereo (all new capacitors with wire for Ipod) by Jim Shepard.
