Default Ignore button

I've been here for years now and have read about it but I can't seem to find it. Guidance would be helpful.

Thanks for that. I looked all over for an "Ignore" button.

My only complaint is that I'd prefer that entire threads started by my "Ignored" person disappear, instead the thread still shows up, the individual posts in his thread that he authored are gone. His seventy or eighty useless threads still clutter my screen.
