Default coolant lines

Hi: Is there any advantage to this? I see the oil lines from the heads. Wondering about the coolant lines.

Thanks

I suspect that's a dry deck. Coolant has to get to the heads somehow.

agree that is a dry deck installation. i run them to the same location on th eheads from my thermostat cross over on a wet deck app. I do not know if it helps or hurts, only time i ever had a head gasket issue was when the surfaces were not prepped to gasket maker's specs.

Any reason to “criss-cross” the lines?

I did the same, without crossing left bank and right bank.

I don't see a reason to criss cross other then its easier to route and install the lines, that being said I did criss cross my lines for that reason.
