Default 13 Years and it is running again

It has been 13 years since I put an engine in my car. I finally decided to get it running and will enjoy it as I fix it up further. It is nice to have a supportive woman in my life that makes it easy to work on my stuff.

Great you have yours running again. Yes wife support is really nice. Mine has been really good about everything I have done with mine. She like to drive it also. Now she is wanting me to get started on her car...

Yes it is. She wants me to start on her 64 Lemans now. It has to be pretty though she says and fast. Lol

Glad to hear you are getting your car on the road. I once was detoured many years with a dirt bike accident and woman who ate all my pain pills. That set my Pontiac days back a few years. I had just pull the motor from GTO dropped it in to the firebird. Had a fresh motor ready to go into the GTO and needed to button up all the little things on the firebird motor install. Decided to take the next weekend and ride the old dirt bike. Well, fast forward many years later I just had that 455 opened up and changed heads and cam, it made 566HP/608TQ on the dyno. My new GF has been very supportive and enjoyed the dyno session. I now have both of these cars on the road, life is good.

Always helps to have a good woman..but one with a 64? magic...enjoy

Good to see your back ready to have fun. I remember your posted et. Amazing what your car does in the last 1/8 mile! Wish my GTO did that. Also, I have a '68 Bird that my wife wants to race.
I took a five year break and haven't raced since 2013, hope to do that this year if we have decent weather. Feels good to drive the car again, right?

Thank you everyone. Your support means a lot. I know it isn’t much, but I enjoy it.

It does run the back half of the track well. I need to work on the front half. I hope you do get to race some this year. It does feel good to be driving it again.
