Quite a few have. Welter, Butler (with a couple different cars), Boss Bird, Dirty Bird, Curt G (can't remember his full last name), Arnie, KRE, Melliot, Mike Cooper, and im sure there are at the very least 5 more.

Are you sure Arnie has personally done it with a Pontiac engine? I'm no expert, just curious.

I guess I didn't realize there were any rules other than a Pontiac engine and some reasonable proof that it happened. I guess a 1/4 mile run is required which is possibly why Big Chief isn't in there? But the OP asked about a 1/4 mile I think. BTW, I don't think Arnie has run 200 MPH with traditional Pontiac power. Could be wrong though. I know for sure he has with the 64 GTO, corporate power which doesn't count in this thread.

I stand corrected on Arnie, thought he did.

Chief ran 6.2-6.3 at Indy in the ProMod category. Curt G ran 6.6@210 (i think something close to that) and was in either the IHRA or NHRA magazine for it. Neither are on that fast list because of the rules for that list.

I think Curt never gave an ET slip to them?
Not sure about Chief, but I think it is the same. (no ET slip given)
Correction: Chief is on the Top Ten list, #7 but no ET slip

my nostalgia slingshot digger "Pontiac Heaven Special" ran just over 200mph October 2006 at the California Hot Rod Reunion- Bakersfield.
It was a part pass with my driver letting up at about 1,100 feet as the car started to nose over coasting to a 6.77. .
That was the absolute ET Pontiac record for close to 2 years. bettered by Jeff Kauffman at Norwalk August 2008.

*389+.060
* standard 6-71
*Enderle Inj
* direct drive- no transmission
* 12" nostalgia tire.

We've been on the Fastest Pontiacs Ever list for a long time and there's never been a request for a check.

http://www.fastestpontiacsever.com/

How do I get added to the fastest Pontiac's ever list?
The Elite 10 or Top 10 NA?

For clarification, The Elite 10 list and the Top 10 NA list members are provided a complementary Top Fuel Level Membership on account of their impressive accomplishment of getting a spot on one of those two lists.

ET Club cars ( 6 Second Club, 7 Second Club, 8 Second Club etc.) are subject to the same submission rules / requirements as Elite 10 / Top 10 NA members; however, those clubs / lists are subscription based memberships. For more information on how to become an ET Club Car Member, read more here.
