Tony, in my reply to the other post , it has a link to the OHC message board. Those guys are the ones to ask. I have a '68 OHC 4.1 250 in my Firebird, I also have access to several other 4.1's, but no 3.8's, Sorry

You want to contact Richard McDonough, He builds OHC stock and/or stroked. He has a package for a 250 c/i that I think you may find interesting.
250 4bbl engine completely rebuilt with fly & starter. Hook up and go for around $2,000.00

HEY! I saw one today in hagerstown md, (not too far) back in the pontiac section at grimms junkyard. bet you could buy it for 100-200 dollars. email if any questions..
PS; if you go to look take a warm coat and get ready for a hike the place is HUGE
