Default $1000 JUDGE "TRUE STORY" Ultimate Trade

Well first off I started with a 98 Jimmy Blazer. Ibought this thing needing little work to be drivable. Wanting a Pontiac so bad I started to trade. A guy with a 84 Chevy Silverado traded me for the Jimmy! Woo looking up huh? Well I then traded it for a 1970 Chevelle Malibu with a big block. That wasn't running or completed by no means! I posted the car on Craigslist for trade on of coarse ;a GTO! Not knowing what was in stored for me. A guy called and said would you be interested in trading that Chevelle for a69 GTO "JUDGE"! Thinking this was a scam. I told him send pics and the VIN#.. ....Needless to say PHS is AWESOME! It was the Holy Grail of Cars! It took me a month and a half to get it here but I got it! Yes the JUDGE needed everything except floor pans. I'd rather rebuild a ground up Judge opposed to a damn Chevelle! Lol! To end my story.. I traded a $1000 Jimmy blazer for a 84 Siverado, then a 70 Chevelle for my HOLY GRAIL of cars the 1969 GTO "JUDGE"! Yes my Poncho heads needless to say my $1000 JUDGE made just a little bit more than that in the end,but just a little bit more!LMAO all the way to the bank!,$$$$$ and to top it off I traded the JUDGE for "2" 1967 GTO H.O. cars and some pretty big BOOTS $$$$$! No that's the TRUE STORY about my $1000 JUDGE! Pontiac said WE build Excitement!
And I trade that Excitement One Poncho at a time!

Great to hear the "Excitement build"...No pun intended. More details. Was it a Pattern car?

I just saw the last episode of this series , wheeler dealers I think it was. Of course it took mike a few more trades to get to the super car of his dreams but he didn't have the luck of the 84 pickup to chevell to rare GTO move. He did offer the 84 chevette 4 door for the AAR Cuda, but the guy wanted five hundie cash so he passed.....
If true, great deal :/

Steve

Sounds like you rescued a car (almost).
Gonna spend some money to get it right by the sounds of it.

PS.

Default pics of the trade

Well to my Pontiac friends. I'm having trouble uploading the pictures to this Thread. But go to my page and look at the PHS documents and pics of the chevelle and JUDGE. Thanks for looking.
