Ok, Yes now I remember. Thanks for posting update. Sounds Awesome. How do you like the T&D setup?

Rockers are really nice, the stands come as individual stands, designed to be pinned to the head. I had straps welded to the stands once they were set to make them solid together.

Thanks Scott. Our cars are similar. I was curious on your rear gear and tire size and how fast you have been in the quarter mile. Also weight of car. There is a few guys on here with 67 and 68 running IA2 blocks.

Rear gear is 3.70s and 275/60-15 Drag radials. The fastest it's been in the 1/4 is 10.20 @ 131. That was with my 474 and Edelbrock heads. I can't remember the 1/8 time on that run. I run it at an 1/8 track more frequently due to the proximity of the track. It would run mid 6.40s at 106 -107. The only runs with the new 535 have been all leaving soft due to traction limits. But it's been 6.22@ 111 in the 1/8mi. So far. Hoping to have the traction sorted out.
Car weighed 3550 with the stock block 474.

Thanks Scott: So, at 6.22 your well in the 9's. Be interesting to see what actual 1/4 mile would be. Here is out latest time slip from last summer. Car weighs in at around 3620. I install a Hoosier 29x12x15 slick. Finally got it to hookup. I also went to global west control arms with adjustable shocks. I'd still like to try the 3.90 and go back to the 28" slick. F068. Can never get those pics upright. lol

I have Moroso Springs up front with Comp Engineering 3 way adjustable shocks, rear I have Cal trac split mono springs with Cal trac single adjustable shocks. I just need to play with the settings to see if I can make it hook. I did make a mount to set up my GoPro to watch the suspension work.

Yes, it's only about 1 hrs drive south from me. Maybe a little more but not much. I really like that track. Almost never disappointed in the prep.

If you can get that to work on a radial with the power your making my hat is off to you! Not saying it can't be done, but I gave up on my similar set up at a much lower power level and went with double adjustable shocks on the rear and then hybrid coilovers with double adjustable shocks on the front a few years later. Both made a huge difference! I was hesitant to go with DA shocks because I thought I would get "lost" in the adjustments. I was a pretty short learning curve and I wish I had gone to them sooner!

Any plans for a drag and drive event this year?

I do wish I had bought the double adjustable shocks. But I'll give it a shot with these.
As far as Drag and Drive events, that is my goal. Just have to make sure it's reliable, then find an event close enough to me

I got a drop base air cleaner and am making a new air pan, I am hoping that the drop base will help smooth out the air going into the carb in place of the old air pan which was just a flat piece of aluminum sitting on top of the carb. Still have to add the rubber seal to the lip where it mates to the underside of the hood.
