Where's the Horn Relay located on a 66 Bonneville?

Wondering where the horn relay is located. I know the horns are upfront between the grille and rad. But where's the horn relay located? Firewall? Where about? I have the manuals and cany seem to even spot a picture of the firewall either..
Would be greatly appreciated.
