Default 65-70 9 passenger wagon

Looking for a running and driving car. must have air and the 9 passenger seating. While I would like to find one in the southeast I will travel for the right car. I have a budget of $15K.

Have you seen this 70 in NJ, it is not a 9 passenger car but it is running and driving and does have factory A/C. And it is a 3 speed manual car priced at about $7000
