I picked up a fiberglass formula Hood yesterday.....Until I just saw a few postings I thought 70 to 75 were all the same. What do I look for to see if mine is a 1970 only hood? I know they will all fit but just wondering what the minor differences were the make it 70 specific. Thank you!

The 1970 hood did not have the metal braces pop riveted to the two sides.

This hood has been sold & shipped BTW. Thanks!

small correction;
1972 & up.

As I have understood it, the "1970" Formula hood was used in 1971 as well... but the hood that 'Boss' showed was inarguably an early unit.
