I found a place near to me a few years ago that could get me the Plastikote 227 Medium Blue Metallic. I ordered around a dozen cans. Sold some to a friend of mine and I have six or seven cans on the shelf for future engine builds. Not easy to find this color anymore.

I walked the whole swap meet today, over 15000 steps on my fit bit and didn't find a single can of DE1616. I did et a new windshield and key fob for my 67 GTO though.

We use an activated single stage paint and spray them with a paint gun.
