Default 70 GTO endura bumper question

Is the 7/16-14 nut that is used on the attachment bolts on the endura bumper to the reinforcement upper impact bar a self locking nut? Thanks Steve

mine were not

I would fear a self locker ..locking the endura studs which if you get the endura stud rotating you gots problems
