NOS '67 GTO Fuel Sending Unit 6427584
Looking for an NOS fuel sending unit for my 1967 GTO, GM part # 6427584.
Will also consider a good clean core to have rebuilt. This is a two-line unit, 5/16" feed with 1/4" return. Thanks, Grant |

Just be aware that if you get an NOS one it will almost be guaranteed to be bad. I bought two of them and they were both bad. Almost $350 worth of cores. Getting them rebuilt was about $85 each plus shipping. Tri Starr LLC 315-712-0071 were honest and quick.

Yes, I'm aware of that. I bought an NOS one for a different car several years ago, but it didn't work right out of the box. I got it working with some deoxit sprayed into the sensor. I'm sure they get corroded with age like everything else.

Most of the time its just dirt. We are talking a 50 year old part. It may be "new", but its old and not sitting in a hermetically sealed box. Electrical contact cleaner and an Ohm meter are your best friend.
