Spring fever!!! It appears to need interior work and paint at a minimum, but what a cool driver the way it sits. I think I am going to purchase a loto ticket tomorrow.....

I'd have an M-21 in it & a RA IV top end on that SR block so fast it would make your head spin! Without the wing it would be total stealth, but with it I think I'd have to add the stripe, no Judge decals though.

If I wasn't still trying to get the two cars I bought last year home, I'd be PM'ing you too! I'm a HUGE fan of that just found look, I wouldn't touch that body except for a little buff & wax.

The Boss.... Same thoughts on the body. Red/Black/White stripe. Something easily removed that wouldn't kill it. BUT..would love to find a way to 'weather' the stripes so they fit in... look good, but not too good.

My Dad saw this car & loved it... as a semi joint project- except he can't handle the manual trans any more.

It's a steal a that price. Even got a 5 speed too with trips. Those 2 alone are worth more than a third of your asking price.

this is why i USUALLY stay out of the classifieds - not only did I come across a real nice car, for a real nice price, but by the time I actually did come across it, it sells a day or 2 before i see it.

good luck with sale, someone will have a great car.

I live in a kind of Mopar stronghold here...most of my old car friends drive some kind of end 60s/early 70s Mopar stuff and the rest in Hamburg and surroundings is very Mustang infected...
I always try to hold the Pontiac flag up and the GTO will surely help there

I felt kind of bad about it leaving the country until I read that.
By the way, I seem to find that Mopar guys tend to appreciate Pontiacs more than Ford or even Chevy guys.

Helge has been a class act from day one and came through as promised.

I got the car out of storage yesterday. After a nice warm up I drove the car home about 5 miles. Had to shake out some cobwebs of course

You will definetly be able to command some respect with this ride. Hopefully you have kept it a secret from your local friends and can suprise them with it's arrival

I was in contact with the shipper, Looks like Friday is the day for pickup. I will update you further when it loads up. I noticed the gas tank is FULL. Hopefully that won't be a problem for the container shipping. Otherwise they will siphon out the gas or go joyriding.

Today after work I am locating the original Muncie, cleaning the car up some, and taking a load of farewell pictures. Might even get out my old 35mm camera.....

Hey John! Was there any German brew negotiated in the deal with the car? We have quality cars and they have the quality brew!
It is pretty cool that Pontiac fever has the potential of spreading to more countries now!

No German brew was part of the deal only US dollars. The only thing I am getting (which all of you should also see) is a photo of the car in Europe with a long Euro license plate on the front. I think that will look cool with the hideaway front.

Found the original Muncie and the original Richmond shipping box. With package those in the trunk. Making copies of paperwork today. Took a photo of the protecto plate for my archives.
