# 16 1974 Sd 455 heads-never cut, ground or ported
I bought a 1974 455 SD Y-8 long block in the spring with ideas of turning my 1974 TA into a SD clone. After buying my 1966 421 Bonneville convertible I have decided to concentrate on finishing these current projects, so I am selling all the SD 455 stuff
The cylinder heads are casting date K182 and appeared to be original to this 1974 motor, they have been diss-assembled, bead blasted and magged, they have no cracks, NO porting, NO polishing and include the original sd Tulipped valves, the valve angles are still visible on the seats but they will need a light valve job and possibly need guides done as they are a little loose. The heads are listed on Ebay and will include the valves, guide plates, studs, factory rockers. IF someone hits buy it now for 3900$ I will also include the 1974 Y-8 std bore sd block (needs cracks repaired), the Sd 455 exhaust manifolds, matched SD rods.
