70 GTO Endura Bumper question
I am getting ready to install my Endura bumper on my 70 GTO. My question is , on the front of the fenders there are 2 holes for bolts. What goes there?:

On a LeMans I think that’s where the header panel bolts to- but they are different fenders so who knows? Maybe part of the manufacturing process prior to stamping?
