Default sbc camshaft ID

I have an old Howard camshaft for a sbc but cannot get any info from the Howard cams they have been less than helpful. It is a solid flat tappet design part # 345G. Can anybody shed some light on the specs of this beast.

Did you google search howard cams and look in their on line pdf catalog? should be there.
