Thanks again for the comments guys. Well, it looks like he joined PY finally! He made his first post HERE, so welcome the ole man if you will!!!

On a side note, he's enjoying the car every single day and he's making it his own by making some modest changes and such. I think he's not gonna get over this for a long, long time.

Hi Joe-

Not sure if you ever picked up another Pontiac project or not. Hope all is well with you and your Dad. I will go to your Dads first post and see how that fantastic 69 GOAT is doing!
Take Care.

Chuck

Chuck, thanks for thinking of us! Yes all is well and the Goat is doing wonderful. As a matter of fact, we will be removing the motor here pretty soon so we can go thru it....new bearings, seals, gaskets, update the heads, maybe a little porting, convert to full roller cam, set quench, and other little Poncho tricks. Should be a fun project.

As for me, no project. I have some stuff going on right now that won't allow for me to have a large project, but what I do have in the works is a new motor build fixing to happen for my 69 Camaro. Found me a 6.0 LQ9 motor. Gonna put some goodies in the bottom end, buy a nice set of heads, get the right cam and twin turbo it. My goal is 800whp with it. Those setups are capable of 1200+whp, but I want to be conservative and make it where I can drive it whenever and wherever I want without any grief. But all this is down the road a ways...I got to make some other things happen before I jump on that project.

Thanks for asking and again, all is good!

~Joe
