he must mean the matching # RA III engine is included. no RA V came factory installed, only dealer or individual. not what i would consider the best car to put a V engine into being that it has A/C & does not have posi.

Someone got a good deal, but it wasn't the guy who bought it for 49k! I was in on bidding to buy this car and another 69 GTO and bunch of extra parts from an estate and the price for everything was a whole lot less than 49k!

Some pics before the rattle can rebuild. Unfortunately I was just the money man, not the negotiator. The 2 goats and garage full of parts went for 25k. I'll be kicking myself for a long time!

The 69 is that triple black or midnight green? Cannot tell. If black, was it a Ram Air III car? I knew of a triple black one in Illinios at one time.

No, it's a green car. It was in the worst shape. But it too has its' numbers matching engine. It really needs a full restoration. I suspect they are trying to get it running and then they will put it on ebay. You can see it on the background with the 57 chevy that is also for sale on ebay.

why didn't the buyer get a good deal? just because someone " stole it " doesn't mean the 49k wasn't a good deal. price a set of ra5 heads lately??? that will make up a big chunk of the price.

What would the going price be on a running RAV? I know it would be based on if carb was correct etc.
