Default '05 GTO Sewell Pontiac Dallas

I am interested in a '05 GTO that is available at Sewell Pontiac which is located in the Dallas area. Is there anyone in close proximity to the dealership that could check the car over before I take a drive up there to possibly buy it?
Send me a PM if you might have a chance to help.
Thanks!

Have you tried contacting a GTOAA chapter that may be close to that dealer? Maybe one of their members could check it out for you.

I would ask on LS1GTO forum http://www.ls1gto.com/forums/
I dont think a GTOAA member has quite as much insight as a 04-06 owner would

You'd be surprised. I have an 05' and versed on 04-06's. I know quite a few GTOAA members astute with the new ones. My thought was maybe one of the local chapters has a member versed on them as well. BTW the GTOAA does have a new age GTO tech. Jonathan Schwenn. But good Luck to you.

My point was that going to GTOAA for 04-06 info would be like going to LS1GTO for 65 info.Sure theres going to be a few "crossovers" in each crowd but stick to the crowd that you know for sure can help.

Larry if you arent a forum member Ill put out a feeler for you.
Edit
I posted it in the Texas section of LS1GTO for you.

That's for the help guys.
One of our members here, RICKSGTO, stopped by and looked at this particular car.
I believe I'm gonna pass on this one unless they lower the price more.
It's down from last week so I'll wait and see.
