My hemi engine is still together and looking like it did in this picture, although it's no longer in the mini-tractor.
All aluminum, 370 c.i. (3.965" x 3.75"), SD389 crank w/center counterweights, BME rods, 2.03" valves (yes, the exhausts also!), BDS 6-71 w/reversed rotors, homemade blower manifold and zoomies, Hilborn fuel system (alky), Lunati custom roller cam, Donovan gear drive, Weaver Bros. drysump pump w/custom Hamburger's pan, 9,000 RPM frequently. Crowerglide 3-disc 8" full-centrifugal. Tractor drivetrain was: in/out box (Jerico dog-rings), JCG-designed/built quick-change box, 16" 16-spline "driveshaft", Strange Ford 9" and axles with 4340 billet 4-spider differential.

I wonder what ever happened with this car. I don't remember the owners name, really nice guy. I believe Tom V.
helped on the engine build & design. Last edited by cmpgto; 12-26-2009 at 04:50 PM. |

I believe that might be Lee's car. If it is he goes by CLS on PY. From what I understand he is a very busy man and has alot of irons in other fires.
