Hall of Famer Brooks Robinson died last week from heart disease.
Stand out Patriots tight end Russ Francis was killed in a plane crash on Sunday. Also on Sunday, long time Red Sox pitcher Tim Wakefield died of brain cancer. Four World Series championships and a Super Bowl win between them. |

What’s crazy about that airplane crash is you’re always taught by the air safety institute to land straight out in an emergency on take off. So many instructors will try to make the impossible turn though.
It’s far more survivable straight out because you can fly the airplane to the ground Vs the chance of an aerodynamic stall. It’s hard to not turn back to that field though you always think you can make it. Few ever do .
