If all you need is a small amount of touch up try automotive touch up out of New Orleans (i think). I bought paint for my tata and the colours matched perfect. If you know the Pontiac code no. (i.e. 19 starlight black) they can match from there.

Naturally, it's 40 year old faded paint, assuming original and not already touched-up in the past by something 90% the same. Depending on what it is you are matching, you may be able to take a panel or car to paint mixing place or panel shop to have it correctly matched to car as is, if simple custom touch-ups like a stone chip pen is not a good match.
