Kick down switch for my 66 tripower

Looking to do a under gas pedal kickdownswitch for my 66 2+2.. i here in 1967 they put the bracket and switch under the foot pedal. I see in Ames they sell the switch but no bracket. Anyone done this? Know where I can get the bracket etc? How well does it work? Seems a
lot simpler that rigging something upon the manifold. Suggestions please
