Chris, The Judge is coming along nicely. Any progress lately?

How did Bobby, Paul's painter, make out with his recovery from the mishap with the car trailer?

Thanks John,
Bobby leg and foot is doing good. That was a bad deal. He is lucky to have a foot.
I have been traveling so the car is at Idol for a few weeks. I'm waiting on some parts to finished the firewall. I'm still not sure what to do with washer pump motor. my old one still works but looks like .... I just can't see spending $300 to have it redone. I think I'm going to try to take mine apart to see if I can plate it myself. I have been digging out parts and trying to find what I need and get them ordered. I’m going to see if I can have an assembly party when my parts do arrive. (Bob, Doug, Eric, Evan, Alex, Kyle and Paul) you know who you are… It should be a good time. I will post some pic's soon.

18 weeks to the power tour... 200 hours of assembly to go... 12 hrs per week. That's 2 hrs a night 3 days a week and 6 hrs every weekend.

Bobby came back part time in April, by the end of summer he was back to full time. Unfortunately a death in his family has required bobby to take some time off to clean up some family business issues. Hopefully hell be back in the spring.. gotta love being a small business owner!

Power Tour starts in Concord, NC then to Knoxville, TN, Charleston, WV, Norwalk, OH, Crown Point, IN, BeHendorf, Ia, and ends in Wisconsin Dells, Wi. It should be a great time. Last night worked on car and talked about power tour. It's amazing how pumped up you can get and getting a plan together for the car. POSI

Default still working on car

Well after 41 years without a ram air iv engine setting down in her she got reunited with a iv engine this weekend. I'm still hoping for this year. It seams to take forever for me to get this car back on the road. It took me 9 hours just to put the front brake lines on the car. I'm still fighting a wheel cylinder. The angle of the line hits the spindle so I ordered a new wheel cylinder to see if its angle is different then the one I have on the car. I'm not sure what to do if its not. But I'm still excited that the engine is setting down in her. We broke the engine in a few weeks ago on a engine stand and she sounds great.
Thanks,

Default up date on car

well It doesn't look like I will get to drive the car in 2014, But I know I should be driving her in 2015. The nose is fitted and ready for paint. Wing will get painted at the same time. Darn I be glade when I get to drive this car. It looks like I only have a few tire options for the 14 in wheels. I need to make a decision soon on tires. I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Or Happy Holidays....
Thanks,
Chris

We better see it on the track at Norwalk - if you're not racing it at least get in the parade lap!

Default It's getting to look like a car.

I just want to say Whoooooo... I have been traveling a lot the last 5 weeks. I got a text from Evan Freese and it a pic of the judge. The car has changed in the last few weeks. It looks like a car again.
He also had news that my radiator has a hole in it, so he had to pull the radiator and take it to the shop to have it repaired.
Thanks Fast and Evan for getting the car back together.
