Default Storing old PMs

How do I store old PMs that I dont want to permanently delete? Thanks, Don.

Create a folder and a blank text file - then copy and paste into it.

You may have to manually enter sender names and dates but........

as Fred Dryer used to say "works for me"

At the bottom of the PM page, there is a box with the option to "download as".

Select this, and it will save all pm's (that you marked) to your computer.

If your PM box is telling you you're almost out of space, don't forget it automatically saves your SENT PMs and counts them as part of your total allowed PMs. You can usually free up a lot of space by cleaning out the sent messages folder (Use the dropdown near the top of your PM area to switch between your inbox and your sent messages).
