Default Front Brakes Sticking

Last summer I converted my 68 Firebird to power disc brakes up front. I used the kit from Inline Tube. Everything was fine then one day the front brakes were sticking. I shortened the pushrod and all seemed fine. Today I go to get my car out of storage and after a few miles the front brakes are sticking again! Where do I go from here? I loosened up the bolts holding the master onto the booster and that freed them up. Is the master bad or is the proportioning valve bad? I'm kind of pissed off because these are all brand new parts and I've only put probably 100 miles on the car since the kit was installed.
