Brad will make another run of arms if the market is there; all we need to do is ask him. Frankly though I doubt if the market is there? The problem is finding the 3705 carbs, and their cost plus my charges for doing them, if that is what people must have if they want these done. I no longer have unspoken for 3705 cores and do not plan to buy any more of them, so the person wanting the carbs done would have to acquire their own. They are on ebay off and on and anyone can go there and see what they cost. I just looked and there are four on there right now; two singles and one set. The singles are $995 and $749 each and the set is $664. $664 is a VERY good price for a set of 3705s so if someone wants a set they need to jump on that deal RIGHT NOW imho. I charged $395 to restore an AFB when I quit taking them in and $50 each to install the throttle arms. I would want $75 to do the arms now but would still restore one for $395. So---a set of clones made up off of 3705 carbs would be at least $1990; $300 (you would need outer and inner arms both) for the throttle arms, est. $750-$1200? for pair of cores, $790 to get them restored, and $150 for installing the arms. Not many folks are willing to pay that for a set of carbs. They can be done for less if a person is willing to use generic 750 cfm AFBs but the price will still be at least $1240 and that assumes they already have the carbs. And most people won't pay that either.

Of course the above is with me doing the work, and if a person does it themselves they can save a lot of the above. There is a two part article in the January/February 2015 issues of Smoke Signals which leads a person through the process of restoring AFBs and installing the SD throttle arms step by step. It can also be accessed from the POCI website main menu.

From my discussions, it appears there are allot of moving parts that would need to come together to make a run of these manifolds possible. Possibly, for the love of Pontiac engines and the good of the hobby, they will all align and come together. That intake manifold would be a great addition to many vintage Pontiac powered engines.

Bumping this thread back up. Ran into an older gentleman who told me he had 2 originals. Asked for pictures but he didn't even have a cell phone. Took a chance and drove 3 hrs to look and they were both Offy intakes.
Hopefully there is enough interest to get something going.
