What were its colors, options, etc?

Please post a photo pf the build sheet.

Only 534 GTO hardtops produced, plus 43 convertibles with the 455 d port 4 bbl engine, all with automatic transmissions.

The better 455, the 455 HO meanwhile, was factory equipped in 534 GTO hardtops with manual transmission, 412 with automatic; and in 21 GTO convertibles with manual transmission and 27 with automatic.

What if GM had continued production of the 1970-72 GM A body somewhere in the southern hemisphere?

Wow, what a sweetie! Sure hate to see it go to the wind. Would luv to build it myself, but like you, I have a pretty full plate right now.

Maybe someone will step up? Perhaps post it in the For Sale section?

Cool car!
Quetzal Gold is a great color.

I'd be interested in a pic of the lower left of build sheet where the dealer info is?

Just my opinion but I think that car should be saved if the sheet metal is all in pretty good shape.

The first set of six will be listed on the build sheet as probably a sequence of when it was entered into the system. The second set of numbers is the daily production code of when it was scheduled to be built. The first 2 numbers are on the build sheet where the date is located (probably the second production 17th of the model year, 04-01, 02, 05, 06 or 07) along with the last 4 (found on build sheet where the first set of six is listed) indicating where it should have been in line 277th vehicle going down the line.
