That is not correct engine code for 70 GTO 455 Automatic.
Would be YA for early build - YC for later build.
#64 Heads would be correct for that engine.

It's a 1970 Fullsize Body 455 (YH) engine that would have come with #15 Heads.

Rare car though.
Only 241 455HO with RamAir Induction GTO's built with Automatic.
302 Manual
No breakdown between Hardtop and Convertible

A top choice color combo on top of that.

Post some pics of the car and the PHS Invoice if you can.
Maybe even in the 70-72 GTO/Lemans/Tempest category sub-section.
It will draw more comments/interest in that section.

Think we have documented about 5 or 6 455HO/RA Auto Convertibles ... so far
Only 2 documented 455HO/RA 4speed Convertibles ... so far

In case the seller wants to dance around about the YH or claims it as original -
here is where the partial VIN should be stamped.
Circled in Red.

With a 455 from the factory it should have a 12 bolt rear, not a 10 bolt so confirm that .

It has 12 bolt and still has spiral shocks still on, its a low mile car 46,000 and change. 455 is not matching
