I've been interchanging 19MM and 3/4 inch sockets for lug nuts since 1980, I feel pretty confident that it worked fine for the last 39 years it's pretty well proven they interchange without any side effects.

4 way doesn't fit under the spare properly, but thanks for the tip anyway I'll stick to what works fine for me.
