Nobody repo's them that I am aware of. so post in wanted on here or watch Ebay, or market place.
Or search used pontiac part dealers. Franks, Gary's GTO Goodies. Used to be able to buy lower patch panels, not sure if available anymore,
Bodyshop sheet metal supply places.

Thank you for the response.

I'll keep looking.....

Reason I'm asking is that both of my fronts (pic attached) seem to have a slight crunched look to them. Not sure how to explain it. I thought maybe a fender bender back in the day but its like identical on both sides. Just not real smooth looking... Have you seen anything like this before?
Thanks again.
Pete

My first thought was some type of front end accident but everything else on the front looks good. However, it appears to me anyway, that there is some rust where the fender meets the grill indicating some type of front end mishap especially it the same on both sides. If the bumper, etc., needed to be replaced why not do body repairs?

That area has a slight but smooth curve as it extends to the bottom; not like the ones you have.

Finding a good set of 64 fenders that are not rusted out is difficult. And when you do find them they are usually expensive plus the cost of shipping and still may need some work. I would first get an estimate to see what it would cost repair these. If you can remove and reinstall the fenders yourself that would be a big cost saving.

Yeh , it's been "bumpled" .
Looks like it has had a tap or two , and they just replaced/repaired the bumper and lived with the fender damage.

64 front bumpers bend pretty easy on any impact towards the ends / corners.

Those fenders should be fairly east to fix, and good used ones are getting very hard to find. There are no reproduction fenders, doors, deck lids, or front/rear bumpers for a 64.

Yeah, you need to find a good sheet metal buy to correctly metal work it back to the correct profile. Not someone who will slap a bunch of filler. You need to is it corrected in bare metal first. There's nothing wrong with body filler as long as the metal work is done correctly and is very close. Body filler is meant to be thin to correct very minor things. He may need to work on the bumper too and maybe the bumper brackets.

I have a pair of used tempest fenders in MN. If I remember they need rust repair in heels but are otherwise pretty decent shape.

So here is another pic of the area, this on a Lemans from NY, built at the Baltimore plant.
What are the thoughts on this? bent or not?

I see a few of the typical localized places on the bumper that need to be straightened. The Chrome will need to be unplated by a chrome shop and then all the damaged areas fixed properly. Some welding and filing and polishing before the rechroming process. From that picture I can't really tell if there are fit issues or bigger bends. That will need to be addressed by you or someone in person. You may be able to see now if it's bent and where it's bent. If so it will have to be pulled back into shape so that it's symmetric and the fit is correct all across the front and the gaps to the fender are correct. Some could be bends that need to be reversed, and some shimming of the bumper brackets may be involved. There are the two brackets that attach the bumper to the frame rails. You'd adjust and shim those as needed first. The outside longer support brackets would be last.

As stated, you should look to have those fixed. Franks has a couple right side ones for around $700.00 a piece, they need some work. There are also pair on Ebay for about $4,600 with shipping.... Here is a shot of a one that was just worked to perfect.

Looks like another that incurred some front end damage. Where the car was built is irrelevant. As I noted in post #5 there is a smooth curved bend in that area, not the concave “dent” shown. Post #12 also has a good picture.
