Default dynacorn floor pans

Hi guys I was wondering what you are doing as far as paint on these parts.Just Paint (,if the coating is not broken through) or prime and paint the whole part?
This is on the floor pan. I was thinking just sand and prime scratched areas and then paint complete floor. Thanks for your ideas.

I just scuffed it all with maroon scotch brite and primed with etching primer ... will do the whole pan in epoxy primer when it's finished.
