Default 65 GTO Mecum

Just saw Jerry Hamilton's 65 GTO he sold in the spring go for $52,000 in Harrisburg at Mecum. They even spent a lot of time talking it up which is rare for something other than a chevy.

Jerry built a beautiful car that really sets the bar very high in the Pontiac scheme of things.

I made a mistake by taking it to the 'big' Kissimmee auction instead of a smaller venue. Down there it was just another car just lost in the shuffle of 3,000 other cars. At a smaller venue like Harrisburg, it seems it stood out and got the attention (and $$$ it deserved). I wish I had never sold it, but life goes on.
