I would install QA1 shocks all the way around and 30-9 hoosier "radial" slick. there was a big buick at MIR last year running low tens with a similar set up.

I'm running Cal-Tracs,custom monoleaf, M&H's 275-60-15, with 4spd. Worked awesome. Just built a TH400. we'll see in a couple of months.

It depends on how much power you are putting to the ground. A slapper bar set up seems to work quite good down to low-mid tens.

I run the Cal-Trac's with the Split Mono's race
springs. I swear by them and have helped quite a few of the Firebird guys out with the set up on them!!!!! The 1975 Trans-AM weighs 3875 pounds with driver, car has gone 10.87 and 124 mph, 455+60 with #48 heads through mufflers, 3.90 gears and the 29.5 X 10.50 15's Mickey Thompson slicks hook it to the track !

I run Tri City Launcher rear springs by themselves. They are copies of Mopar Super Stockers. 3750 TA 1.51 60 fts 7.00 @ 100 mph 1/8s on a 27.5x9" slick.
