Default Stacey @ PY

I just wanted to drop a line and thank Stacey for the great service the other day with my latest order.

Chris I think she needs a raise, Great Customer Service is a rare thing these days.

Mike

Default Stacey is great!

I had a couple of questions on a part today. I used the Live Help and Stacey was on the other end. She was able to answer the first question right off the bat. The second question was technical, so she just went and got the answer from the tech guys. Prompt, courteous, and thorough. It doesn't get any better than that!

Stacey, you are a real gem!

Chris, you're going to kill me, but you need to make sure she is properly compensated!

Thanks, Terry

I have dealt with Stacey for years and I couldn't agree more, she always provides excellent customer service and quick responses to questions or problems.
I could use someone like her @ my office.
Not to mention she is a true pontiac girl!
