i cant say for sure, but i think i have exhaust blowing out my 65tri intake, right where the 2 metal vacuum lines go into the intake, plus all the paint is burned off on that area, did i not tighten the bolts correctly>? Should i replace the gasket now or what...

Try giving the area a shot of starting fluid while running, if the rpm's go up you have a leak.
My other life has meaning....

i did that nothing happens, but there is that tic tic tic sound coming from the edge of the intake right infront of where the 2metal vacuum lines go in, and i feel the hot air pushing out every time i hear it tic.. dont know what the hell happened.

i used a 69-400 gasket for the 65tripower, should i have got a 65- intake gasket, or are they all the same.
