Looks like the third car out of Fremont in 1965 to me. The very first digit will always be a 1
in the vin number on the older cars.
1XXXXXX3 for example,

The plant did not number the cars differently for
a GTO vs a Catalina or Tempest until 1966 so I
would guess that it was the third car off the line.
