Default 64 window moulding clips WRONG!

I called in and ordered some window moulding clips for my '64 tempest. I specifically asked the sales person if PY had the CORRECT clips. Everyone locally and ames said that they were discontinued/unavailable. When I called PY, they said "YES we have the correct clips." I purchased the clips and a couple screw sets. After waiting 10 days for delivery, these clips went straight in the garbage. These style clips are not even made to work with screws. What a PITA! You should let your sales people nkow that these clips WILL NOT WORK. Another $20 in the garbage. Thanks PY!

I guess you didn't read before you posted.

"If your topic is about an unresolved issue, please make sure we can identify you either by name, zip code, order number etc. as well as a fairly detailed description of the issue."

Apparently this is a 'resolved' issue as far as you are concerned since you tossed the parts in the garbage instead of calling us and asking what could be done. On a small value item like this where we clearly made a mistake, it is common for us to give you a refund and not ask for the part back. What is the clip part number you ordered? Were the screw sets garbage also?

We'll check it out and see what happened.
