Default What Emergency Brake kit do I need?

I have a 67 TH400 GTO and was looking in the PY catalog at the complete kits, the 64-67 kit excludes the TH400 and the other kits are for later models. Could anyone throw together a list of PY part#s that I need to replace everything parking brake related outside of the body? Thanks.

PY now has that kit as a new part #, it is GMU10K4 and it is $229.00 for the stainless one. You can also order it in OEM for $139.00

I put a 400 turbo in my 65. Do I need the same kit? Do I need to change the front cable as well?

ok, guys been fighting this set up for 2 weeks, i switched from the 4 sp. to a 400 turbo auto. short shaft, used original 4 sp. crossmember, either cable worked for me, i had to drill a extra hole approx. 2 inches away from factory one for the hook, im still a little short but it works. Good Luck, yes i bought a auto cable also 90 1/2 long 4 sp. i believe the auto was 46.7/8. Good Luck you,ll need it If your switching like i did.

I have the original set-up in my 67 with a th400 but lost the crossmember hook. My middle cable is 91"s long so I need the 15" cable hook. Some 67's came with a 114" middle cable which would use the shorter crossmember hook. I think all the front cables are the same length (About 45"s). And the rear cables are all the same so, I think the intermediate cable and hooks are all that would be needed.

I made a mistake, I think. According to some other PYers the 15" hook did not go on a 66-67 A-body. Either a 3.5 or 7.5" depending on the trans. So, I hope the 7.5 will work for me.
