Default Last Man Standing.

Last man standing to carry on my Family name, Lost my Brother on wed so just needed to put something to paper so to speak. My 64 in my signature was his car so he does have some history with Pontiac.

Misdiagnosed a few years back and went down hill from there. Passed away with people thinking it was just alcohol issue, but was not that the made him go away.
Mornings are the worst with too much time to think, as I write this with tears running down my face, sorry just have to put it down.

His wish was to have his nickname across the back of car, so if you see a 64 with Rooster across the trunk lid you will know.

Thanks for reading.

Sorry for your loss. I lost a brother much too early, and understand. May the good Lord ease your pain, and those of the family. And may "Rooster" rest in peace.

I’m sorry for your loss. This obviously is a heavy weight for you. Im sure I speak for everyone on the forum expressing my condolences. He had to be very special to be so sorely missed. Although he is gone, as long as you carry him in your heart, he will still be with you. Prayers to you and your family.

I'm sorry for your loss. You will be my prayers. Check out 'Griefshare.org ' They have been sending me a daily message. I found my healthy wife on our back porch last August 11 no previous health problems, dr said massive cardiac event 5'4",124lbs,the energizer bunny.Right after I recovered from Norwalk. So I feel your loss. Get some counseling, church, hospital etc. Some of the groups I found were free. You will make it.

Yes posting helps to calm the emotions. Here is an early pic of the car, probably early 80's. Note the high back end and the peg leg.
Picture did not turn out good sorry, not good at editing.

Sorry to here about your brother . Looks like a cool car at least he had fun a lot of people never enjoy.

Thoughts and prayers .

Maybe a classic drag car lettering called the rooster would be a good tribute . Of course on the trunk as asked as well.

Prayers and condolences on the loss of your brother.

I lost my brother 10 years ago unexpectedly at 48 y/o and my father in October...Mom is barely hanging on in a skilled nursing facility. I've noticed a sense of isolation/loneliness dragging me down when the thought that I am the last standing in our family creeps in. My father got me into Pontiacs and my brother was a gearhead too (RX-7s). Hoping that when my car is finally on the road again, some of the cloud will lift and I can enjoy it posthumously with them. Have to guard my mind, as the anxiety/depression/stress is taking a toll on my already compromised health status.

It takes time, but things will get better. Try to surround yourself with understanding/compassionate individuals.
