Default Part help?

Hello guys,
Chipping away at my project, bagged and tagged everything or so I thought, this was in with my front end hardware?
Any thoughts

My car is a roller again, firewall done, suspension kit for upfront, disc brake conversion, ladder bar/coilovers( Thanks Tom)
Hoping for end of month road test

Could be fender alignment shim. Goes up by the firewall. Moves top of fender up for better alignment.

Thank you 428goat, I think you’re right... I think it was at the bottom of the fender at the attachment bolt....
