Default 1969 Ram Air IV Judge

Does anyone know this car?

https://www.legendarymotorcar.com/in...udge-2127.aspx

Legendary Motor Cars in Ontario is offering this sweet Judge but no pricing given. Must be pretty pricey as its been listed for a long time.

Detail pics indicate quite a bit of rust repair work so being all completed by LMC the asking price will be high I'm sure....

Doesn’t state which plant it was built. Red oxide bottom? In most plant they are Blacked out?

And so much wrong with exhaust tips and rear end too.

Wow, beautiful restoration that I could stare at all day long. Problem is, looking like that I couldn't be the one to actually drive it on the road.

They were asking $199000.......I’m sure they’ll consider reasonable offers.
I’m only 40 minutes away from it if someone needs eyes on it.

All Carousel Red cars were "sprayed" with Red Oxide for the primer. The "Orange" covered better over the Red Oxide. ONLY on Carousel Cars GTO or Firebird. This was also the case on the Camaro. This has been researched heavily in the Yenko world..Again these were sprayed as a primer coat. Not the same as the 70 firebird where it was dipped.
I have an original 69 RAIV Judge and have lots of photos showing the Red Oxide Everywhere, inside and out. In some cases there was some black sprayed over the Red on the BOTTOM of the car but it was not complete coverage.

who said goodyears weren't available in 69? I bought a 69 judge convertible from the original owner back around 81 or 82 and it had the original spare which the guy mentioned had never been on the ground and it was a Goodyear. also my carousel red ra4 firebird came with goodyears on it new. the original owner of it (a neighbor) did photography for a hobby and he took a bunch of pictures of the car when he got it home from the dealership which was 5 or 6 miles from home so the car probably had 5 to 7 miles on it when it hit the dealership and another 5 or 6 to get home, so a total of not more than 15 miles on it. the pics clearely show the Goodyear tires on it.

It's a Baltimore built Judge. Have talked to the owner about his car a couple years ago. This is the car that was featured on LMC's TV show.

I think he means no raised white letter tires were available on 69 Judges. Mine had white walls on it originally could I could not bring myself to install a set

So, both my 69 and 70 Baltimore RA built IV Judges have red oxide inside and sprayed black bottoms with blue overspray bottoms. But, they changed up for CR cars only?

That’s interesting!

Not the case on my original paint 69 judge. Framingham built car that had grey primer under the carousel red
