I just bought a 1979 trans am and the oil has a little of water in it i heard the shaker seal can leak and cause the water to seep past the valley pan ?? i have done a compression test and the results were 120-125 lbs per cylinder is this good ??? could it be condensation ?? the motor runs good and has loads of power any ideas ???

Are you losing coolant? If so then there is a leak into the interior of the engine somewhere. Lots of possibilites here from a leaking intake gasket to a cracked head or block or blown head gasket. If not losing coolant then maybe the engine is running too cold or too many short trips and you've got condendation building up in the crankcase.
