When using the FelPro Metal Gaskets Paul sends with the Ram Air Manifolds, which side does the metal raised ridge that surrounds the ports face? Ridge out towards the manifold or in to the head? Should I use any sealer with these? The head's surfaces are very clean and flat as best I can tell.
Thanks!
James

Install them clean, no sealer. The raised ridge around the port dosen't make any difference as it flattens out when you torque down the hardware.
