Don't see anything lost that I can see. We just had to update some software it seemed that was causing the issue.

Xs 2. Nothing is perfect..... especially Servers, the Internet, and worst of all Software. Remember... it could have been much worse..... Worst case of all, it couldn't be fixed. But it was, so be thankful.

I disagree. This is a customer service issue.
