The 67 140 head castings are still a early type head.
The power you might pick up in compression will be more then offset by the reduction in intake and exh flow over a later head casting like the 13s you have.

Also if your car has AC those early heads have no place for you to bolt the compressor brackets to.

Also looking for
4bbl throttle cable bracket.
throttle cable
choke stove (unless 2bbl will work)
vaccum port for back of 4bbl for power brake
primary throttle shaft to and cable hookup to use "other brand" 4bbl
That air cleaner looks like an Oldsmobile unit with the thermactor diaphram at the end of the snorkel. It also has 'scallops' along the bottom edge of the base in front, like on the Toronado engine picture attached. It could/should work, but you may find some interference issues with upper radiator at the thermostat housing. I also included a '69 Pontiac single snorkel air cleaner for comparison (used on 68/69 350 HO/400 4-bbl/428 4-bbl). It also looks like it has a fairly deep drop base, like on Toro's.

having personally dealt with a 1970 350 #11 head 2bbl 4speed Esprit

#13 heads 2800 camshaft iron qjet intake/carb, a performer intake wont be to bad here and headers

068 cam is soggy down low in a 350 been there tried that

i used #48s on mine and experienced exhaust valve to bore edge contact before anywhere else so put bare heads on with valves and weak springs rotate engine carefully pushing down on valves to see how much extra travel you have at max lift and such
