Default Rebuild ac , heater control panel

Need help with a control switch, it is now causing a short and blowing fuse. What is the proper sequence of these contacts and spacers? Pencil points to master switch.

Thanks in advance

I think I solved my problem. It appears an inside contact slid up and touched the upper frame, causing short. Probably happened when I put the new harness on the panel. I believe the contacts and spacers are in the proper order.
